About Eva Biondolillo, Broker/Owner
Eva became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2014. She worked for a company that negotiated short sales for other agents and specialized in pre foreclosure homes and sellers from the very beginning. Within 1 year, she reached the minimum transaction amount to become a broker. She took my broker licensing course in 2015, and as soon as she reached the minimum 2-year licensing requirement to become a broker, she became a licensed associate broker in 2016. In 2019, she opened her own real estate brokerage, and underwent a rebranding in 2022, thus creating Clear Coast Realty. Since then, she kept her specialty in short sale negotiations, squatter and tenant removal, general contracting to renovate and then resell homes. She have made many connections with the bank BPO and appraisers in this field within the last 10 years. Her network continues to grow, and her experience of dealing with the market changes on Long Island and in New York City within the last 10 years.
